What Is Your Source?

Where do your thoughts, emotions, feelings etc.....flow from?
Do they come from the sin nature? Are they a by product of such a place?
I know that the Bible says that "the heart is most deceitful and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?" the Word also tells us that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. It may be that our sin nature manifests itself through the heart and mouth as the body responds and obey the lust of the eye and flesh. God's desire is to transform us through the power of Christ and the Holy Spirit who works inside of us. To transform the human heart into a heart that loves God. It is a process no doubt, as I am living testimony to the fact that when God works in a person, it is a long-term, daily progressive work.

God wants us to recognize the limits we have and then allow Him to take us beyond that. He will energize and give vision to people for things and plans that are beyond what they could ever accomplish in their own strength and ability. Isn't that God's way? He chooses the very people who, in the world's eyes, lack the ability or skill to accomplish anything. God chooses, they accept. He empowers them.He leads them. He completes through who ever He has chosen, His plans.

I Corinthians 1:30 reads: God alone made it possible for you to be in Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made Christ to be wisdom itself. He is the one who made us acceptable to God. He made us pure and holy, and he gave himself to purchase our freedom.

Paul also writes in I Corinthians 1 ---> Remember dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world's eyes, or powerful, or wealthy when God called you. Instead, God deliberately chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose those who are powerless to shame those who are powerful. God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important, so that no one can ever boast in the presence of God.

Count yourselves blessed today to be chosen and used by God.
Know that His plans are without fail.
Know that He loves you and will not forsake or desert you.
He is a good God!

God on you..
