I'm probably alone in this, because I'm hearing impaired, but I couldn't understand what was being said. I could hear the interviewer a little better, but not Michael. I can sometimes read lips, but with Michael it's impossible :) So, do closed captioning, pdf, shave or something! Just kidding. Don't go to a lot of trouble. I read enough of these letters to pretty much guess what was being said. I thank God for you all.
