Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it. Mark 16:20
Then they went out.
Went out where?
It didn't matter.
Where ever life took them that was the place they told their story.
Where ever they found themselves, they told their story.
In the market place. "Hey...I'll take 2 of those lamb chops.....did you hear about what was going on back in Jerusalem? Well, there was this man named Jesus........"
They told their story among friends and family.
They told their story when they were at Temple and in the local synagogues.
They told their story standing in line at the government offices when they were paying taxes.
They told their story.
As they told their story, they believed that it would be backed with a demonstration of the reality of the Kingdom of God.
People were saved.
People were healed.
People were set free from demonic activity.
Tell the story....
See the power....
Tell the story...
See the power....
Times have not changed.
I still believe that God interacts this way as the Kingdom is being revealed in our time and space.
The rule, the reign, the presence and power of God manifested where conflict is taking place.
What kind of conflict?
There already exists a kingdom of darkness that seeks to hold people in bondage.
You introduce a Kingdom that exists to free people from this bondage, you have conflict.
Scripture states that Jesus has come to "Restore that which was lost".
That my friend, is the Kingdom of God.
Think on these things....
God on you.......
